Gift Certificates & Donations
Gift certificates are available in selectable increments and can be applied toward any print on my site or commissioned prints.
I welcome Donations and thank you for your generous support and kind assistance. I am always working on exhibitions and projects that require financing for framing and presenting. Any support you provide is always welcome. Thank you.
Shipping
I ship the 11”x14” prints sealed in protective clear plastic inside a flat cardboard mailer for maximum protection.
I ship the 18”x24” and larger prints rolled and sealed in protective clear plastic inside a sealed 4” diameter cardboard mailing tube for maximum protection.
I will email you with the shipping details and available tracking information when your print ships out.
Depending on where you are located, your shipping charges may actually be higher than what I show here – in which case I will email you with the additional shipping amount. These are the base shipping amounts and approximate transit times by print size and location. Shipping amounts include packaging costs and shipping charges.
Returns, Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your print arrives damaged, email a digital photograph that clearly shows the damage with a second photograph showing the print torn up and destroyed to william at williamoldacre dot com and I will immediately ship you a replacement print of the same edition number.
If your print has not arrived, send an email with the details of your order so I can track your package or send you a replacement.
If somehow I have completely messed up your order and sent the wrong image or print size, send an email with the details of your order so I can send you the right one.
Image sizes
Because my images are different shapes, I print the image centered on the paper with a minimum half-inch border on each side for print sizes 11”x14” and 18”x24”. Doing this makes the prints less expensive to elegantly frame using standard off the shelf frames. Both these print sizes are titled, signed and dated on the back.
For large prints the dimensions shown are the image size not the paper size. The paper size will have an additional one inch border added to the image size on each side to accommodate the title, my signature and the image date. Large prints are also titled, signed and dated on the back.
Image Colour
I take colour seriously as you’ve probably surmised by my images. I own and operate the FineArtPrintStudio.com from my studio which allows me complete control over the colour and turnaround time of my prints. Rest assured the print I send will present the most accurate colour I can provide.
Tax & Duty
13% HST Tax is automatically charged for Canadian shipments only, all other shipments are not charged Tax.
Typically art is not charged Duty when imported into most countries but you may be charged Duty depending on the rules for your country.
